Iran’s Ahmadinejad seeks strategic axis with Egypt

CAIRO (Reuters) – President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, on the first visit to Cairo by an Iranian leader in more than three decades, called for a strategic alliance with Egypt and said he had offered the cash-strapped Arab state a loan. Iran to enrich uranium to 60 percent if nuclear talks fail

DUBAI (Reuters) – Iran would enrich uranium up to 60 percent purity if negotiations with major powers over its nuclear program fail, an Iranian lawmaker said on Tuesday, in comments that may add to Western alarm about Iranian intentions.
